We've spoken with both Xerox and the printer support company, who have advised us to perform a "Full Overwrite" (which appears to format the memory where jobs are stored) and upgrade the system software to the latest available however neither have made a spot of difference. We have tried things such as Microsoft's Direct print (using the O365 end point), a different SMTP account from a web hosting provider, different accounts - all result in the same behavior.
